For the convenience of consumers, SGFOne Franchises will be presented in 4 packages: 2 packages for outsourcing companies providing grain fumigation services and 2 packages for grain storage companies that can use SGFOne equipment for their own needs:

Non-financial components of the SGFOne Franchise.

  1. The Franchisor transfers to the Franchisee, under the Franchise Agreement, the rights to use the SGFOne grain fumigation technology for grain fumigation using the grain fumigation method at the given coordinates using the device: the SGFOne self-immersion grain fumigator.
  2. Right to use the "SGFOne" marque.
  3. Publishes information about franchisees (outsourcing companies) on its website and other information resources for the purpose of advertising franchisees and promoting fumigation services using SGFOne technology provided to franchisees worldwide.
  4. The franchisor provides training to the franchisee on the operation of the SGFOne self-immersing grain fumigator.
  5. The franchise provides for a quick replacement for the Franchisee of a defective SGFOne device.
  6. The franchise includes free warranty repairs and paid post-warranty repairs and maintenance of SGFOne devices worldwide.
  7. 24/7 technical support for franchisees worldwide.
  8. Franchisees must adhere to a uniform corporate identity, general business rules, communications, and technological processes.

The SGFOne Franchise for the fumigation of still grain in vertical grain storage facilities is expected to be available in September-November 2026 in all countries.
