SGFOne is a robotic device for grain fumigation.

SGFOne ® is the world’s first robotic mobile device designed for the chemical fumigation of grain in silo (vertical) grain storage facilities using aluminum phosphide and magnesium phosphide, employing a method of automated immersion into the grain mass to a depth of up to 50 meters for the automated dispensing (discharge) of aluminum phosphide or magnesium phosphide into a specific point within the grain mass or in layers.
The SGFOne self-immersing grain fumigator ensures highly cost-effective grain fumigation (it does not require moving the grain, as the unit itself moves within the grain bin), rapid treatment, and a safe, eco-friendly process (phosphine gases do not spread beyond the grain mass).
The SGFOne device’s technology is based on Dmytro Nedvyha method of “Grain fumigation at specified coordinates,” which enables the device to fumigate grain at a specific location (a designated point at a certain storage depth) and to treat the entire grain mass in the silo layer by layer.
The SGFOne self-immersing grain fumigator was developed and manufactured in Ukraine by the company Bulova; the third-generation production model, the “SGFOne Weevil,” was unveiled in 2026.
The sales strategy for the SGFOne self-submerging grain fumigator does not include retail sales; instead, it focuses on professional industrial use of the SGFOne device and technology by grain storage companies and licensed grain fumigation service providers (Pest control), with the sales model itself based on Franchising principles.
The SGFOne self-submerging grain fumigator is available as a single model with several configuration options tailored to different immersion depths and equipped with additional hardware for grain aeration and circulation fumigation.

The SGFOne self-immersible grain fumigator consists of: 1) SGFOne of the main machine, 2) a control unit, 3) Supporting Equipment (lifting cable, power cable,
modular aeration and circulation channels), and 4) a lifting module. Additionally, the SGFOne can be equipped with 5) aeration air pump and 6) a phosphine generator (for circulation fumigation).

For example, the base model of the SGFOne 5 device is designed for immersion to a depth of 5 meters in a grain silo and comes equipped with a 7-meter lifting cable and a 7-meter power cable.

The SGFOne 10MD model is designed for immersion into grain silos to a depth of up to 10 meters and is equipped with a 12-meter lifting cable, a 12-meter power cable, and modular aeration and circulation channels (MD) with a total length of 12 meters.

The SGFOne 20MD model is designed for immersion into grain silos to a depth of up to 20 meters and is equipped with a 22-meter lifting cable, a 22-meter power cable, and modular aeration and circulation channels (MD) with a total length of 22 meters.

The SGFOne 30MD model is designed for immersion into grain silos to a depth of up to 30 meters and is equipped with a 34-meter lifting cable, a 34-meter power cable, and modular aeration and circulation channels (MD) with a total length of 34 meters.

The special-purpose SGFOne 50SPMD model is designed for immersion into grain silos to a depth of up to 50 meters and is equipped with a 55-meter lifting cable, a 55-meter power cable, and modular aeration and circulation channels (MD) with a total length of 55 meters.

Thus, the cost of the SGFOne self-submerging grain fumigator is determined solely by technical parameters related to the device’s submersion depth—specifically, the Supporting Equipment: the length of the standard lifting cable and power cable, as well as the length of the modular channels included with the specific model based on the client’s (operator’s) technical requirements.

The price of SGFOne self-submerging grain fumigators ranges from €4,400 to €8,800, depending on the configuration; for instance, the base SGFOne 5 model costs €4,400, while the SGFOne 50 model costs €8,800. The price is influenced by the inclusion of additional equipment that determines the unit’s submersion depth within the grain mass, based on the height of the storage structures.
To the cost of the SGFOne robotic unit (the initial investment), the franchise fee—ranging from €1,700 to €9,900 depending on the selected SGFOne franchise package—must be added, as the SGFOne self-loading grain fumigator is available through franchising.
It should be noted that the SGFOne self-submerging grain fumigation is an innovative, specialized piece of industrial equipment and is not intended for retail sale.
SGFOne specialized equipment comes with a two-year warranty; post-warranty service and loaner units for the duration of repairs are available, and all SGFOne devices allow for quick component changes to suit the specific operating height or depth.
